Who do you trust? And why?

I suggest being a "people person", just not in the way most people think of that term.

I recently wrote about the denial of human nature, and a couple months ago I wrote a list of left wing lies. I’ve written other articles before on the topic of left wing lying as well, like the short one here. My point is that lying liars don’t change. You assume that they are pretty much always lying, and so you don’t trust them.

I’m sure most of us have known people like this, and I would guess that when you’ve know a liar personally for a while, you don’t trust them at all. Beyond that I also expect that most people realize that friends and coworkers don’t change much either. Whether it’s dishonesty, a positive attitude, sarcastic, introverted, whatever, someone’s general personality characteristics don’t change much, and the older they get the more true this is. Most people will interact with others they know based on what they know about those people.

When it comes to public figures that people don’t know personally, many times this is not true. This is especially true of those on the left. They can see democrat politicians and left wing media personalities lie to them multiple times, yet they still will watch or read and they still will believe. Or at least they act like they believe. Why is that?? How many lies before you realize that person, or that entire “news” station, or just about that entire political party and the vast majority of its members, are lying to you??

This was obvious to me listening to another online discussion recently. The host mentioned how he was terrified about Corona early on. He mentioned the news coverage, how he was hearing about how bad it was going to be, etc. Take a guess what I was thinking during that same time. Consider that I was well versed in government and left wing media fear porn going back over 2 decades on the global warming scam. If you guessed I wasn’t that concerned, you were right.

I know that left wing media lies constantly, as do left wing politicians, and I also know the old saying “If it bleeds, it leads” is true even for non left wing media. So my expectation was that the danger was WAY overblown. With the Diamond Princess cruise ship data being reported by March 16th of 2020, my lack of concern was confirmed to be correct. Almost every day after that I got more confirmation that the scare was way overblown, and I knew that I was at very, very low risk, as was the rest of my immediate family.

So no I do not trust the government, I do not trust people who have repeatedly lied, and I don’t believe any scare tactics without doing plenty of my own research. I also don’t expect that people, groups, or organizations are going to suddenly change how they operate.

Most RINOs are not far from democrats in their dishonesty either. They will also be fine with using scare tactics to exert influence and control over the general public. Unfortunately, almost all politicians are prone to allow or use various methods to ensure that they remain in power. Fear is one of the best methods they know.

Don’t fall for it. Don’t trust people that have violated your trust multiple times in the past

P.S. On a related note, as I was typing this up I saw the latest Ray Epps news. Per the kangaroo court January 6th committee, Ray Epps is a distraction, or just part of a conspiracy theory. Never mind those cell phone videos clearly showing him instructing people to go into the capitol the night before, never mind him also on video orchestrating on the day of, and never mind his text message admitting that he was orchestrating it. There’s nothing to see there, of course.

Well now we’ve got some video footage from the security cameras on the building. Here’s handy reference picture just before the breach of the outer perimeter fence, showing Epps instructing at least a couple other guys.

The new video from the security camera footage that Nancy Pelosi hid for 2 years is even more damning. One video appears to have been tampered with to hide Epps right as he crossed the very flimsy inner perimeter fence that was easily pulled over, and both videos show him crossing that fence right with the first group of people. So tell me again why Ray Epps has not been charged??

Of course as you look at the flimsy fencing and the very small number of security and/or police, among other things, you know why democrats did not want to release the security camera video.
