The "trans" lunacy is mutilating children.

It is completely bizarre that this is considered legal anywhere.

I should start out with a trigger warning. If you’re the type that likes to say something along the lines of “Well I have some friends that are such and such, and they’re nice and they’re good people, so such and such is perfectly fine and normal”, you might as well stop reading now. My comeback example is nice drug addicts. “I know the Smiths and they are heavy cocaine users, and they’re nice people, so cocaine use is perfectly fine and normal.”

If that’s not persuasive consider that Bernie Madoff also probably seemed like “good people” up until his massive scam was exposed. If you think that just because you have friends that you like that engage in a particular behavior, the fact you like them makes the behavior fine and dandy, this may not be a post for you.

A couple days ago a “whistleblower” released commentary on what she saw inside a “pediatric gender clinic”. I put “whistleblower” in quotes because this far left wing freak woman (?) willingly participated in the destruction of children’s lives for about 4 years before stopping. She was personally responsible for the intake of 1,000 kids. Here is how she starts off describing herself:

I am a 42-year-old St. Louis native, a queer woman, and politically to the left of Bernie Sanders. My worldview has deeply shaped my career.

Through childhood and adolescence, I did a lot of gender questioning myself. I’m now married to a transman, and together we are raising my two biological children from a previous marriage and three foster children we hope to adopt. 

I assume that this is a biological woman. I wouldn’t be using female terms otherwise. She refers to raising her two biological children, and she also says she is married to a “transman”, suggesting that she would put a “trans” label on herself if she were a biological male. So the gist is that she is a lesbian “married” to a woman pretending to be a man. I find it horrific that this deeply disturbed woman is raising even one child she gave birth to, let alone another of her own and has been given 3 foster kids as well.

And yet as disturbed and far left fringe as this woman is, she saw stuff going on that troubled even her, enough to leave her job:

I left the clinic in November of last year because I could no longer participate in what was happening there. By the time I departed, I was certain that the way the American medical system is treating these patients is the opposite of the promise we make to “do no harm.” Instead, we are permanently harming the vulnerable patients in our care.

At this point perhaps another warning is in order, as what this woman describes is quite shocking. I can understand her speaking up but can’t excuse her participation just because she did speak up:

At first, the patient population was tipped toward what used to be the “traditional” instance of a child with gender dysphoria: a boy, often quite young, who wanted to present as—who wanted to be—a girl. 

Boys wanting to pretend they are girls or boys otherwise being feminine has a few root causes. First, many of them have no good male role model or father figure in the home at a young age, so the boy only has his mother to emulate. Second, low testosterone. Testosterone is actually critical in the womb as well as after. In a fully sane world with proper medical care children’s hormone levels would be checked on a regular basis, and improper levels would be treated one way or another. Blood sugar levels and vitamin levels would also be monitored every couple of months at least, but that’s a topic for another post.

The final cause of feminine boys is mentally ill parents who dress them up as girls or otherwise encourage the feminine behavior. The explosion of the “trans” lunacy over the past several years has caused a massive increase in the number of confused boys. It's not just boys anymore either, as the woman notes:

Until 2015 or so, a very small number of these boys comprised the population of pediatric gender dysphoria cases. Then, across the Western world, there began to be a dramatic increase in a new population: Teenage girls, many with no previous history of gender distress, suddenly declared they were transgender and demanded immediate treatment with testosterone. 

…One of my jobs was to do intake for new patients and their families. When I started there were probably 10 such calls a month. When I left there were 50, and about 70 percent of the new patients were girls. Sometimes clusters of girls arrived from the same high school. 

So in a 4 year span the calls went from 10 a month to 50 a month! That’s of course a 5X increase! The moral of the story being that left wing evil begets more evil, and thus more damage to children and adults. More lunatic adults, who also are pedophiles to one extent or another, are telling kids that they can change genders, and/or that gender is “an artificial construct”. There is perhaps nothing better to illustrate the full on anti science insanity of the left, who ironically claim to be all about “the science”.

“Drag queen story hour” drives the point home, even if no “transitioning” is involved for many of these sick and twisted pedophile men:

The woman’s story gets worse:

The girls who came to us had many comorbidities: depression, anxiety, ADHD, eating disorders, obesity. Many were diagnosed with autism, or had autism-like symptoms. A report last year on a British pediatric transgender center found that about one-third of the patients referred there were on the autism spectrum.

Frequently, our patients declared they had disorders that no one believed they had. We had patients who said they had Tourette syndrome (but they didn’t); that they had tic disorders (but they didn’t); that they had multiple personalities (but they didn’t). 

The doctors privately recognized these false self-diagnoses as a manifestation of social contagion. They even acknowledged that suicide has an element of social contagion. But when I said the clusters of girls streaming into our service looked as if their gender issues might be a manifestation of social contagion, the doctors said gender identity reflected something innate.

So these are obviously troubled girls who need real help to improve their physical, mental, and emotional health. And it’s obvious that peer pressure and/or sick and twisted left wing adult pressure is driving many of these girls so called “gender issues”, but the “doctors” at this center would claim the girls were born that way. The massive increase in confused kids over the past several years alone tells you that it’s not some genetic or innate defect. It’s the effect of truly evil people pushing a full on Satanic agenda far more than they ever did in the past. Evil leftists will not stop until they are stopped.

If you think there’s any “science” involved, consider the requirement to begin permanently damaging these troubled girls:

To begin transitioning, the girls needed a letter of support from a therapist—usually one we recommended—who they had to see only once or twice for the green light. To make it more efficient for the therapists, we offered them a template for how to write a letter in support of transition. The next stop was a single visit to the endocrinologist for a testosterone prescription. 

That’s all it took. 

And of course young troubled kids have no clue what they are doing to themselves:

Many encounters with patients emphasized to me how little these young people understood the profound impacts changing gender would have on their bodies and minds.

But the heads of the center brazenly lie about how they’re helping, including claiming that there are studies showing the horribly damaged kids end up better off. There are no such studies that actually show this:

But the center downplayed the negative consequences, and emphasized the need for transition. As the center’s website said, “Left untreated, gender dysphoria has any number of consequences, from self-harm to suicide. But when you take away the gender dysphoria by allowing a child to be who he or she is, we’re noticing that goes away. The studies we have show these kids often wind up functioning psychosocially as well as or better than their peers.” 

Here’s a snippet of one “treatment” given to boys. As you read this, consider how HCQ and Ivermectin were demonized if not outright banned for the treatment of Corona, even for very ill patients:

Bicalutamide is a medication used to treat metastatic prostate cancer, and one of its side effects is that it feminizes the bodies of men who take it, including the appearance of breasts. The center prescribed this cancer drug as a puberty blocker and feminizing agent for boys. As with most cancer drugs, bicalutamide has a long list of side effects, and this patient experienced one of them: liver toxicity.

So they are giving boys a drug used only in older men with a dangerous type of prostate cancer, and no surprise like many drugs for advanced cancers it is toxic. This could only happen in Bizarro World, and unfortunately that’s where we’ve been living since about the time Barack Hussein Obama got into the white house just over 14 years ago.

The story keeps getting worse:

…She said she was bleeding from the vagina. In less than an hour she had soaked through an extra heavy pad, her jeans, and a towel she had wrapped around her waist. The nurse at the center told her to go to the emergency room right away.

We found out later this girl had had intercourse, and because testosterone thins the vaginal tissues, her vaginal canal had ripped open. She had to be sedated and given surgery to repair the damage. She wasn’t the only vaginal laceration case we heard about.

What were the odds that women’s private parts might be damaged from massive doses of testosterone, as in enough to pretty much change them to the point they look and sound like men? You would think a real “doctor” who knows the “science” might not want to give massive doses of testosterone to young girls. The horrible side effects of hormones and hormone blockers don’t stop with the genital areas by any means:

Being put on powerful doses of testosterone or estrogen—enough to try to trick your body into mimicking the opposite sex—-affects the rest of the body. I doubt that any parent who's ever consented to give their kid testosterone (a lifelong treatment) knows that they’re also possibly signing their kid up for blood pressure medication, cholesterol medication, and perhaps sleep apnea and diabetes. 

But sometimes the parents’ understanding of what they had agreed to do to their children came forcefully: 

The tactic of preying on those most vulnerable was also obvious:

…Yet no matter how much suffering or pain a child had endured, or how little treatment and love they had received, our doctors viewed gender transition—even with all the expense and hardship it entailed—as the solution.

Some weeks it felt as though almost our entire caseload was nothing but disturbed young people. 

For example, one teenager came to us in the summer of 2022 when he was 17 years old and living in a lockdown facility because he had been sexually abusing dogs. He’d had an awful childhood: His mother was a drug addict, his father was imprisoned, and he grew up in foster care. Whatever treatment he may have been getting, it wasn’t working. 

Of course the story is not complete without the all too familiar horribly evil left wing narrative about how the sick and twisted “experts” know better than the parents. The evil left literally does want to take your kids away from you, damage them mentally and physically, and in the process groom them for sexual abuse:

Another disturbing aspect of the center was its lack of regard for the rights of parents—and the extent to which doctors saw themselves as more informed decision-makers over the fate of these children.

In Missouri, only one parent’s consent is required for treatment of their child. But when there was a dispute between the parents, it seemed the center always took the side of the affirming parent.

My concerns about this approach to dissenting parents grew in 2019 when one of our doctors actually testified in a custody hearing against a father who opposed a mother’s wish to start their 11-year-old daughter on puberty blockers. 

I had done the original intake call, and I found the mother quite disturbing. She and the father were getting divorced, and the mother described the daughter as “kind of a tomboy.” So now the mother was convinced her child was trans. But when I asked if her daughter had adopted a boy’s name, if she was distressed about her body, if she was saying she felt like a boy, the mother said no. I explained the girl just didn’t meet the criteria for an evaluation. 

Then a month later, the mother called back and said her daughter now used a boy’s name, was in distress over her body, and wanted to transition. This time the mom and daughter were given an appointment. Our providers decided the girl was trans and prescribed a puberty blocker to prevent her normal development. 

The father adamantly disagreed, said this was all coming from the mother, and a custody battle ensued. After the hearing where our doctor testified in favor of transition, the judge sided with the mother. 

Again, in my world this can never come close to happening, but if it had that doctor and that judge would be tried for serious crimes against humanity, they would be convicted, and they would be publicly hanged. And the father would have sole custody of his daughter, and the mother would spend at least 5 years in prison.

There’s more in the woman’s article but I’ve already quoted it enough. I suggest you read the whole thing. She goes on to mention those people who later want to “detransition”. Try imagining that you’re a 20 year old woman and your breasts were removed at 15 years old and now you realize the horror of what was done to you. Ditto for a 20 year old man who was castrated and also now has breasts due to the puberty blockers and female hormones.

The people doing this to kids are absolutely horribly evil people. There is no other explanation. And unlike many, I say hell no to adults playing “trans” games either. There is no “transgender” and you should not use that word except to mock it. Don’t play along at all.
