The next time you hear "it's the science" or "follow the science"

Tell me about the times when "scientists" were held accountable for being wrong.

I’ll wait, but I won’t hold my breath. As of right now, even though I have been following the news for almost 5 decades now, I’ve never heard of a scientist going to prison for being wrong.

When we’re talking about people losing their lives because of “the science” from some “scientist” or group of “scientists”, why shouldn’t there be criminal prosecutions of “scientists” when they are horribly wrong and cause people to die?? Even when “scientists” just cause people to lose money, they are not fined.

To my knowledge, there is no system at the federal level or at state levels to hold “scientists” accountable for bad “science”. No matter what wrong information they put forth, including horribly failed predictions of future events, they are never held accountable. So exactly what value is “science” when it is provided by people with zero liability???

A “scientist” can predict that the West Side Highway in Manhattan will be underwater, and there will be other dramatic and destructive changes there:

But when he turns out to be horribly wrong even after 33 years or so, he suffers no consequences beyond ridicule, mostly in Conservative circles. He does not even get the front page articles with his picture and his pathetic predictions showing him to be nothing but a clown. The full humiliation he so richly deserves.

It is literally true that auto mechanics are held to higher standards than “scientists”. If you got work done on your brakes, and then you got into a serious accident caused by brake system failure in your car, do you suppose the mechanic would be investigated? That he could even face charges for negligence? Certainly civil, and perhaps criminal as well.

So now that a bunch of government appointed and funded “scientists” told you early last year that the Corona “vaccines” will stop infections and stop spread, and they’re perfectly safe, which of those scientists are now up on criminal charges for providing false information? Do you have any expectation that they will be up on charges?? At this point no one has even been fired!

Like with auto mechanics, if you’re an engineer you’re held to a much higher standard. If your company builds something wrong and it causes problems, at a minimum your company will be paying fines or refunding money. If you’re caught cheating, like with the VW diesel emissions scandal, there are no contracts saying you can’t be held liable like there are for the “vaccines”.

There is a purported copy of a contract between Pfizer and a foreign country that has language saying that Pfizer is not liable if their “vaccine” doesn’t work at all, nor if their “vaccine” causes serious side effects including death. So if you went to a mechanic to ask about a brake job, but the mechanic told you that he could not guarantee that the brakes would stop the car after he did the work, would you still pay him to do the job?? Would you ever take your car to him again for anything??

So next time a left winger tells you about “the science”, there’s no need to point out how they wouldn’t know science if it fell on their head. No need to point out how “scientists” disagree with one another, ALL THE TIME. Just ask them for a list of times “scientists” were held accountable for being wrong.
