The criminally one sided system of "justice" continues on.

It's far worse for common people than it is for Trump, and the BLM domestic terrorist organization has thrived because of it.

Since the January 6th 2021 mostly peaceful protest at the capital in response to unchecked democrat election fraud, no one in their right mind would have claimed that our system of “justice” was balanced. Of course if you were following the news at all going back to Obama’s first days in office you knew it long before then. Violent criminals getting off with slaps on the wrist or even scot-free, and meanwhile law abiding citizens exercising their rights to self defense, or police officers doing their jobs, being persecuted by radical left wingers.

Drug user Trayvon Martin was one of the first examples, along with George Zimmerman who Martin was trying to beat to death. Zimmerman shot and killed Martin in self defense. If you watched the trial testimony as I did, you saw that even the prosecution witnesses proved that Zimmerman was innocent. JAG officer Captain Alex Carter was the final prosecution witness (The last if I remember right, but it’s not critical in the big picture.), and his testimony featured this as he was questioned by the defense attorney:

Don West: On the issue of injuries, when you would talk about that with the class and your understanding of the law is that the focus is what’s going on in the person’s mind, not whether they have actually been injured. It’s the fear of the injury is it not?

Captain Carter: It’s imminent injury or, excuse me, imminent fear. So the fact alone that there is isn’t an injury…doesn’t necessarily mean that the person did not have a reasonable apprehension of fear. The fact that there were injuries have a tendency to show or support that that person had a reasonable apprehension of fear. But the fact that there wasn’t an injury at all doesn’t necessarily mean there wasn’t a reasonable apprehension of fear.

Don West: You don’t have to wait until you’re almost dead to defend yourself?

Captain Carter: No, I would advise you probably don’t want to do that.

Don West: So when you taught the class, what is the core concept of self-defense when you can use deadly force?

Captain Carter: When you have a reasonable apprehension of death or grievous bodily harm.

The Breitbart story here covers this completely. I watched this testimony happen, and it was at the same time amusing, very obvious, and completely destructive to what was already a sham prosecution. No charges should have ever been brought in the first place, and if you change skin colors to where Martin is not black, or Zimmerman is black, there would have been no charges.

Left wing media even referred to Zimmerman as a “white Hispanic”. Being black was of course better than being Hispanic, but just being Hispanic was still higher on the left wing totem pole than being white, so “white Hispanic” moved Zimmerman lower down. The discriminatory intent was blatantly obvious.

Charges were only brought to support the left wing narrative of anti black racism, and of course to curry favor with blacks such that they will keep voting democrat. The malicious intent in bringing the charges and then prosecuting on those charges is also obvious. If someone has you on the ground and they are violently pounding on you, of course you can use deadly force to protect yourself.

As the JAG (Judge Advocate General) officer testified, if you have a reasonable fear of serious bodily harm you can use deadly force. You don’t charge people with crimes when they are completely justified in defending themselves unless you have an agenda that has nothing to do with justice.

The standard of reasonable fear would apply to all kinds of mob situations when dealing with BLM or Actufa as well. Given their proclivities for drag shows with children and their support for child genital mutilation and other evidence, I’m starting to think that a better name for the actual fascists (that backwardly call themselves “anti fascist”) is ‘Pedofa’, as in Pedophile Fascists. But I digress.

Speaking of BLM and Trayvon Martin, he was one of the two inspirations for the formation of BLM. While it was fairly widely reported that Martin was a pot smoker and had pot in his system when he attacked Zimmerman (And contrary to ignorant libertarian style beliefs not everyone gets mellow when smoking marijuana. Various paranoid feelings are quite common.) , it was very hard to find the more damning evidence.

It was commonly reported that Martin had bought Skittles and iced tea. The Skittles part was right but the drink was actually Arizona Watermelon Juice. This is a key distinction because the only other ingredient Martin needed to make a street drug called ‘Lean’ was some cough syrup. There are other formulas and other names for related mixtures used as drugs like this with the key being cold medicines. This is part of the reason you have had to show an ID to buy the real Sudafed for many years now.

Contrary to the younger and innocent looking school picture of Martin shown on left wing “news” constantly back then, the real picture of Martin’s life in the months before he was shot is completely different. Back in 2012 after Martin died, some guys did some extensive research on him by going through his social media accounts, and you should not be surprised that the reality about Martin was vastly different than what left wing media portrayed. Martin was a drug user and a small time drug dealer, apparently on his way to career criminal. In case you didn’t know, Zimmerman’s defense was also bizarrely prohibited by the judge from showing the pictures from Martin’s cell phone:

As you can see in one picture Martin is holding a gun, in another he’s growing pot, and then there are more of him smoking pot. Of course these were relevant to Zimmerman’s defense and should not have been excluded, but that’s actually not the worst thing the judge did in Zimmerman’s trial.

Even if the judge had no valid reasons to dismiss the charges prior to the testimony from the JAG above (And she had plenty of reasons.), as soon as that testimony above was given the judge should have immediately issued a directed verdict of not guilty. The judge did not do that, and there are only two possible reasons. The judge was a horribly biased left winger, or the judge was a coward. There are no other options, and either way this was more overwhelming evidence of lopsided “justice”.

The other inspiration for BLM was “gentle giant” Michael Brown. Brown was 6 foot 4 inches tall, and weighed 295 pounds. If you search for Brown’s height and weight you’ll actually get bizarre commentary about how this didn’t matter. You can ask the convenience store owner that Michael Brown did a strong arm robbery of whether Brown’s size was a problem at all. Here’s a screenshot from the security camera video of that robbery. As you can see, Brown towers over the guy he’s robbing as he pulls him in close to threaten the guy for daring to try and stop him from stealing:

I’m sure you won’t be surprised to learn that Barack Obama’s Department of “Justice” at the time did not want that robbery video released to the public. Just another glaring example of the left trying to hide evidence that shreds their narratives. That key bit of info and more good background on Michael Brown can be found here. Some of the links at that page are now dead, but there is ample material there to shred the “gentle giant” lie, including this obscure page that is still up featuring some of Brown’s rap lyrics.

Of course Brown’s size is going to mean a police officer has no choice but to use deadly force if Brown is charging him after trying to grab his gun. In case you forgot or just never knew, Michael Brown’s fully justified shooting was the origin of the “Hands Up, Don’t Shoot” lie. In spite of a very detailed and thorough 86 page long report from Obama’s DOJ on the shooting, “Hands Up, Don’t Shoot” continued to be used for years. I’m sure you can still find examples of the lie being regurgitated.

That Obama DOJ report even went into how the lying liar “witnesses” gave inconsistent statements and their accounts were also not consistent with the evidence. None of that mattered to the Marxists that formed “Black Lives Matter”, nor did George Zimmerman’s acquittal and all the evidence that he acted purely in self defense. Brown and Martin were the inspirations for BLM in spite of the fact that in both cases their shootings were fully justified and 100% due to their own violent actions. There was ZERO racism involved.

CBS “News” has a lengthy piece from August of 2015 that talks about the founding of BLM. It repeats many of the BLM lies and otherwise shows you just how absurd it is to use left wing “news” as a source of information. I saw the bias and blatant lies in left wing media decades ago. When you know the facts you can go through just about every single left wing media article and find multiple false claims.

It is NOT a matter of how I am biased as a Conservative and thus looking at things through a certain lens. This claim of everyone having a bias due to their beliefs has been repeated millions of times, and I reject it completely in my case. I’m digressing a bit again but the text from the CBS article is still on topic for a one sided system of “justice”. My bold below:

Protesters came armed with a message, a message that would echo through the Missouri night sky in the days and weeks after Michael Brown's death. It was a message heard across the nation in more protests for other black Americans who died by police hands. "Black lives matter," they chanted, wrote and tweeted. "Black lives matter," they chanted in throngs that blocked streets and demanded America's attention.

While demonstrators took to the streets of Ferguson and cities like New York and Los Angeles, a new generation of activists gathered both on the ground and online. The Black Lives Matter movement called for change with how police deal with minorities, and demanded a look at systemic racism and equity. And from it emerged a group of young people paving the way.

This article is 5 full months after the report from none other than Barack “The police acted stupidly in Cambridge” Obama’s DOJ, which was lead by hyper partisan black man Eric Holder from the beginning of Obama’s time in early 2009. That report not only fully cleared the cop who shot Brown but also determined that a bunch of black people lied when they claimed it was “Hands Up, Don’t Shoot”.

So “racism”, whether “systemic” or some other “emic”, had nothing to do with the shooting and there was no need to “change how police deal with minorities”. Go through the FBI crime data nationwide for years, including the hard data on police shootings, and the lie gets exposed even further. The claim that police are targeting blacks was and still is a complete lie. Very few unarmed blacks are killed by police each year (Less than 20 in most years), and in the vast majority of those cases the black person shot is engaging in violence against a police officer or someone else.

George Floyd’s death put BLM on steroids, even though it had nothing at all to do with racism. Derek Chauvin was already well known as an asshole cop. He had previously gone full Nazi on some white kids shooting Nerf guns at people. He had no business being on the police force, but his anger management and asshole issues had nothing to do with him being racist. And of course Chauvin did not represent anything “systemic”, other than the idiocy of union practices that keep people in jobs that they have no business being in.

On top of it all, George Floyd was a drug addict and a career criminal with multiple felony convictions, the last of which involved him holding a gun to the abdomen of a pregnant woman as part of a home invasion robbery. The police were called on Floyd the day he died because he was passing a phony $20 bill, and at the time of his arrest he had multiple different drugs in his system. If you can find the full videos you’ll also see he was absolutely resisting arrest, and he’s the one who slid out the other side of the police car during that resistance such that he ended up on the street. What Chauvin did was monumentally stupid and contributed to Floyd’s death for sure, but I have no doubts that the initial coroner’s ruling that drugs were the main cause of death is correct.

While years prior to George Floyd The CBS article I mentioned above (and hundreds of others before and after it) puts forth a completely false narrative, and glorifies people using that false narrative to put pressure on politicians to do things which are dangerous to life and limb for millions nationwide, and in fact destructive to this country. “Defund the police” is one of the worst of those things. Excusing rampant black crime such as rioting, destruction of property, looting, and organized shoplifting is another. While it’s related to defunding police, it’s more the criminal actions of left wing prosecutors that enable that rampant black crime. (As well as crime by what I call ‘Actufa’, which is mostly white by still very hard core left wing.)

Why do you suppose it is that they have no fear of arrest or prosecution??? You can find at least dozens of similar videos of mass looting by blacks, and then dozens more of blacks in smaller numbers shoplifting with impunity. You can also find dozens to hundreds of videos of blacks violently attacking whites or Asians, and often in large groups. Yet the media will not mention skin color or the obvious “hate crime” when reporting on these incidents, if they report on them at all. This includes Fox News, which will reliably use the word “teens” to describe the mobs of blacks when most of them are younger.

If you doubt this at all, you probably missed the Project Veritas video from a couple years ago where they got a CNN Tech Director on video talking about how he looked into the anti Asian hate crime wave. The Daily Caller had some commentary including a partial transcript, and a link to the video:

“I was trying to do some research on, like, the Asian hate, like the people are getting attacked and what not. A bunch of black men that have been attacking Asians, so I’m like, what are you doing? Like, we’re trying to help, like, with the BLM,” Chester appears to say in the video. “I mean it’s individuals, it’s not a people, you know? But that’s not good. The optics of that are not good. These little things like that are enough to set back movements, you know?”

So the CNN guy finds out that the anti Asian hate crime is being done by black men. So it’s not only got nothing to do with “white supremacy” as claimed by so many lying left wingers, it’s also a very damaging fact to the BLM movement. And of course CNN is trying to help BLM, so he asks himself what the hell he’s doing looking at the evidence of black men attacking Asians. This is quite the perverse version of a ‘Bridge On The River Kwai’ moment, where Alec Guinness realizes he’s helped the Japanese kill the people (who are of course on his side in the war) trying to destroy the bridge he built.

I have yet to see a video of a large group of whites or Asians attacking blacks. If the “systemic racism” by whites is so bad, as is the “white supremacy”, why aren’t a bunch of those videos showing up???? Is it possible that it’s actually systemic and/or widespread racism by blacks, enabled by radical left wing prosecutors who hate this country??? Could that explain why so many blacks engage in crime with little or no fear of being held accountable???

The worst of those criminal district attorneys (DAs) are backed by none other than the heinously evil George Soros. Soros has funded the campaigns of many DAs nationwide, and in all of those cases those DAs have a warped sense of “justice”. Those on the left who are doing the bidding to destroy this country in multiple ways will get light punishments or more often no punishment at all, while the left’s political opponents will be targeted. The latest political persecution of Trump is just the latest example. The image and headline below are from The Liberty Daily yesterday:

Since this post is already long I’m not going to describe them here, but you can find multiple other instances of democrats doing something similar to what it is alleged Trump did, but those democrats were never charged. Both Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama paid federal election commission fines for what they did, but there were no criminal charges. And the very same Trump issue was looked at by various left wingers before, including Alvin Bragg, and it was determined no crime occurred.

Now that Trump is running again and is the front runner for the Republican nomination (And the overwhelming favorite to win in a landslide if only legal votes get counted in 2024.) plans have changed, so the democrats must bring charges to try and stop Trump from becoming president again. The democrats have at least two other prongs in their attacks on Trump as well. The bullshit in Georgia where Trump tried to get the massive fraud there dealt with, and the equally bogus classified documents fiasco. Never mind that Biden had classified documents in multiple locations, including from all the way back to his time as a senator, and at no time did Biden have the authority to declassify those documents since he was not president.

After I started writing this post another massive and glaring example of the left targeting its political opponents reached another milestone. A jury of biased left wingers and complete idiots found a man guilty of making anti Hillary Clinton memes. The claimed crime was “election interference” which is also dripping with irony given all that left wing media and left wing big tech have done to throw elections to democrats.

For the record, I have zero sympathy for anyone trying to claim the meme was actually “election interference”. Not even if you claim you support the 1st amendment and are not a left winger. Even if the claim had any merit at all, anyone so stupid as to believe that they can vote by sending a text message has no business at all voting!! NONE!!! They are absolutely positively too stupid to be involved in decisions that affect the lives of hundreds of millions of people here in the U.S., and by extension the entire world. We’ve got enough of a challenge trying to save this country already from lesser idiots voting.
