One small example of the effects of fake news and propaganda, and this one involves the 2020 election fraud
It does take gullibility and ignorance on the part of the fake news consumer, but liberals are characterized by both of those features.
Several months ago I came across a perfect example of left wing ignorance and idiocy dealing with the election fraud in 2020, as one guy in particular blasts it for the Twatterverse to see. I’m referring to the brief thread in the picture shown below, and I wrote most the rest of this back when I first saw the idiocy. It’s still perfectly relevant today with a few edits. This is how fake news affects the left.
The first Twitter commenter (‘The Run Up 2022’) talks about "official state election audit procedures" not being followed, demonstrating idiocy at least. First, if you have paper ballots, you have people review and count those ballots, which is exactly what happened with the Maricopa County Arizona audit ballot handling. If there is any "official procedure" which states that you should not review and count paper ballots, it would be completely asinine and would show that it was not a real audit procedure by any stretch of the imagination. If the commenter is referring to any electronic review, he or she has no idea what had been done up to the point that comment was made, so it made no sense to claim otherwise.
Next up comes "Mike", and he's the real winner. He starts off with the first audit smear tactic of vaguely mentioning "wrong color pens". That came right at the start of the audit, as someone involved with the audit brought some blue pens onto the audit floor. Those were noticed very quickly, they were removed immediately, and no ballots were ever marked with blue ink. But of course if you're a leftist working to hide the massive election fraud, what you do is keep spouting "wrong color pens" to try and discredit the audit.
Next Mike says the machines have to be replaced. This is just another attempt by hard core leftist Arizona secretary of state Katie Hobbs being willing to try to waste millions of taxpayers dollars to say that the election machines, that have not been changed one single iota, must be replaced, as another part of the efforts to discredit the audit. The team performing the electronic audits knows full well what they are doing, including making bit for bit copies of the voting machines’ hard drives without even turning the machines on. NOTHING on those machines was changed at all by the audit team.
Finally, in his second comment (with a link), Mikey puts up maybe the biggest lie, and certainly the easiest one to see is fake news. He repeats the "election auditors backtrack on destroyed data" talking point. If you were paying attention to non left wing sources, and/or you listened to forensic expert Ben Cotton (Who BTW was one of the guys who identified the Chinese hack of the U.S. Office of Personnel Management back in 2015.), the election database files WERE deleted but he was able to recover them with special recovery software. I covered this in more detail in a previous post.
So in the end, same old story. Left wing/Marxist politicians and/or media create false talking points and stories to fit a left wing narrative, then an assortment of left wing dupes and useful idiots dutifully regurgitate them. What you see below is one example of millions, on hundreds of different topics that occur each week, if not each day.
