One sheriff is fighting back against the obstructions of election fraud investigation
Read some text from his legal complaint to see descriptions of how his office has been interfered with.
In my main post on ‘2000 Mules’ I mentioned how investigations of the 2020 election fraud have been hindered. This has mostly been by democrats, but it many cases it has also been RINOs who want to hide the fraud for various reasons. And again, take a look at how many lawyers have been hired, how many lawsuits have been filed, and how many times and how many ways so called “officials” have worked to keep anyone from even looking at the anonymous ballots, just to name one example of what has been hidden. Pile that on top of all the actions to keep Republican observers from seeing what was going on during the 2020 election, such as here, here, and here. You don’t go to all that trouble unless you have a lot to hide.
Well now a Michigan sheriff has filed a lawsuit against the democrats in his state that have worked to obstruct his investigation. Part of the legal complaint includes the following:
Defendants, without authority, encroached upon Sheriff Dar Leaf’s duties by obstructing and interfering with his lawful investigation, obstructing justice in the process, and covering up evidence and crimes, including those that they themselves were involved in and conspired with others to commit.
Defendants usurped and otherwise obstructed an elected constitutional officer and prevented him from performing his constitutional, statutory, and common-law duties as County Sheriff in accordance with the Michigan Constitution, and state and federal laws.
Defendants, without legitimate authority, also unconstitutionally and unlawfully confiscated property, documents, and information (including voting machines with its attendant software, programs, and data), all of which was required to be sealed, preserved, protected, and retained by federal law.
Defendants acted in concert or individually to transfer and reallocate the duties and powers of the Plaintiff, usurping his power and removing from him or otherwise preventing his ability to perform his constitutional and statutory duties.
Defendants acts included but are not limited to threatening, harassing, and interfering with witnesses, local government officials (including township clerks), deputies, agents, and experts, and interfering with, obstructing, and otherwise defiling investigative works and the results of such works; confiscating and/or destroying confidential files and information pertaining to an ongoing investigation; unconstitutionally and unlawfully (and without the proper procedure) usurping Plaintiff’s law enforcement functions and authorities, which are exclusively reserved to him under Michigan common law and statutory law; stepping in to quell an ongoing legitimate investigation, confiscating confidential files and documents related thereto; obstructing, harassing, and/or threatening his deputies and agents conducting the law enforcement function on his behalf as they are allowed to do exclusively and with immunity under Michigan law, confiscating voting equipment and information and data that is required by federal law to be protected and preserved.
The full complaint can be accessed from the link above. Note that any text or other content in a legal filing is a sworn statement, such that any false statements open you up to perjury charges. While the complaint here is the first I’ve heard of by a local sheriff, there are numerous instances where similar types of actions have been reported.
Read that last bullet point carefully, keeping in mind that federal law requires keeping election data for 22 months. Thus far, NOTHING should have been deleted anywhere involving federal elections. Anyone who has already deleted 2020 election data of any kind is a criminal. And of course the purpose of the law is not simply to keep things around taking up physical space and electronic data storage space. It’s to allow the election results to be audited and investigated.
In every area where there is evidence of voter fraud and election fraud, which happens to be just about every area where someone has investigated, democrats have worked to hinder anyone doing any type of investigation. And again, this is not like someone or some group of people trying to keep their personal information private, nor is it remotely like secret national security information. It is public election data and information, so there’s no reason to hide it unless there is something illegal to hide.
And of course that something illegal would involve fraud to change the outcome of the election, and thus to render the intent of the voters meaningless.
