How should left wing fascists be handled?

As the years go by, leftists in this country go further and further. Their tactics match or exceed those of Nazi Germany, for but one example, in many areas. So what should be done when a fascist works to shred the Constitution??

At a minimum, they are immediately removed from office and barred from ever holding office again. Whether they were elected or appointed, they are prohibited from ever running for or being appointed to any position in government anywhere at an level, including down to dog catcher. In addition, they must pay a large fine and issue a public apology.

In more severe cases like the above attempt to trample free speech rights, they should be criminally charged. Whether the charge should be sedition, treason, or have some other terminology, there should be a charge and they should be tried for that charge. In this case Murthy is making the comments publicly and fully on record, therefore he would be removed from office that day and tried in short order, as in within a few weeks. Unless he had some defense of extreme duress, as in his family was being held hostage under threat of death, he would be found guilty and sentenced to at least one year in prison.

I’m going to discuss it much more in coming posts, but one thing the founding fathers failed at was setting forth punishments for those who violated the Constitution. That needs to be corrected in order for the left to ultimately be stopped.
