Arizona also had serious ballot chain of custody problems
And per Ken Bennett, the auditors received no chain of custody at all when the ballots were delivered to them.
Early on in actual news reports (by small news outlets and OAN) on the audit Ken Bennett was shown talking about how they recieved the ballots. One key point was that they did not receive any chain of custody for the ballots prior to when they arrived at the audit location.
Perhaps more importantly, there were chain of custody issues much earlier. Ballots were received in boxes, at which point the number of ballots in each box is supposed to be counted and recorded prior to them being scanned and votes tallied, but in about 1500 out of almost 1900 cases there was no count of ballots!!
